Patient satisfaction is key indicator of the quality of care we provide at Bekaa Hospital. Since we strive to satisfy our patients, a patient satisfaction form is distributed to all patients prior to discharge to be filled. Boxes for patient Satisfaction forms and complaints are available in all departments. All Satisfaction forms and complaints are followed up by the quality department and action plans are taken in order to continuously improve the Quality of care in the hospital.
