This state-of-the-art unit was established in March 2025, adhering strictly to both Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) standards and international guidelines, including those from AABB (formerly American Association of Blood Banks), to ensure the utmost safety and reliability in blood product transfusion.
Designed with both functionality and donor comfort in mind, our Blood Bank aims to attract and accommodate blood donors in a welcoming environment, recognizing their invaluable contribution to patient well-being. We are committed to ensuring the continuous availability of vital blood products for all emergencies and patient needs.
Every unit of blood collected undergoes rigorous scrutiny, including comprehensive infectious disease screening and meticulous quality control testing, before being released for transfusion.
